Tips and Suggestions

  • The chicken and stuffing, meatballs, and sour cream chicken all go great with mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or whatever veggie you’ve got on hand.
  • Chicken and stuffing: For the stuffing, I used generic chicken-flavored stuffing mix.
  • For the sour cream chicken, I used easy baked chicken seasoned coating mix from Kroger. Shake and Bake will also work great or the generic version. If you don't like sour cream, you can use Greek yogurt instead.
  • Don't forget, when you make the sour cream chicken, head on over to the blog and leave a comment with #blessyourheart so you can be entered in this month's Cooking Challenge drawing for $100 Visa Card!
